Snapshots: April & May
And just like that, the sun came out...
This is the warmest April and May I can remember in New York in a long time. And boy have we enjoyed it. Lots of outside time, lots of eating and lots of smiling.
Below, a few photos from two very action packed months...
Our first trip to Times Square...and probably the last for a bit!
Down in Georgia, we had our first trip to the Flint Riverquarium.
Sunshine on the Flint River
Wide open spaces in South Georgia
City Babies know how to travel.
(and they do it in style...)
I snuck a shot of the opening sequence from On the Town, on Broadway...
We ate a lot!
{Lobster guacamole from Todd English and an Avacado & Queso sandwich from Cafe Habana in Soho.}
I found some pretty graffiti...
We enjoyed blue skies and brightly colored blooms all over the city for first time in what has seemed like and eternity.
{TriBeCa and Soho, above. City Hall, Below.}
We finally found the Ice Cream Man!!! And boy did it taste good!
In Tennessee we discovered that all a boy needs is wide open spaces and a couple of bales of hay....
In New York we celebrated the most recent class of fashion designers from Parsons {above right}. Watching this show is like being at a couture show in Paris. Their talent is unbelievable. Congratulations to all of them!
Sunday family selfies. (Because mommy never puts her camera away...)
More food!
{Fried clam and lobster salad sliders from The Clam (and some kale in the background to make it healthy...}
And some funny face practice because funny faces are the best kind of faces when you live with this guy...
