From beginning to end, November was a happy start to the holidays.  From a trip to Georgia for some much needed family time to hosting a potluck Thanksgiving dinner for twenty in our apartment (of which I somehow have no photos...), it was a good month.  No...it was a wonderfully hectic month that never slowed down...proof that the holidays are officially here!  

Below, a look at a few sights, sounds and memories from the month of November...

Good weather in Georgia allowed for short shorts and playtime on the Flint River.  A real treat after a rather chilly start to the month.

Food!

A beautifully hand lettered menu at Navy in Soho and their equally beautiful avocado toast; red velvet twinkles at the Gansevoort Market in Meat Packing; and artisanal doughnuts from Dough in Flatiron.
